Where are you located?

We are located at: 1518 M Street NW, Washington, DC 20005 inside

​Metropolitan African Methodist Episcopal Church.

 

How old does my child have to be to attend your camp?

Our camp serves students ages 8-18.

 

Where can I find dates & registration information?

Camp dates are July 20th - 31st. Click here to register.

 

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, payment plans are available. Tuition can be divided into 2, 3, or 4 equal installment payments. The final payment is due no later than July 15. To set up a payment plan, please call 202-816-1434.

 

Who teaches your camps?

Our staff are trained professionals in their field. Each of them performs regularly and has a passion for education. To read more about them click here.

 

Do the students have a performance at the end of camp?

Yes, the camp culminates with a full-scale performance on Friday.

Does my child need prior experience to attend?

No, all students are welcome to attend! The PAC Summer Series is great for exploring and strengthening talent.

 

Are there required medical forms?

Yes, every parent is required to fill out a medical form. The form will be as a part of the Welcome Packet. It will be sent after registration is complete. All forms can also be found here.

 

I want to register my child for camp but it is sold out. Is there a wait list?

Yes, please call (202) 816-1434 to add your child’s name to the wait list.

 

What is the cost & procedure for early drop-off/extended day?

Early drop-off and/or extended day are available for all sessions. Sign up when you register online or pay by cash in person. Campers who have registered and paid may be dropped off as early as 8:00 AM and must be picked up by 5:30 PM. During their extra time at camp, they will be supervised and led in activities by camp staff. We consider these times an extension of our camp day. Your child will not just sit around and wait. What about lunch?

Each camper is to bring a well-marked lunch and water bottle to camp each day. That way all campers can eat what they like!

 

My child has severe food allergies. Is PAC Summer Series peanut-free?

The PAC Series is not a peanut-free environment. Please contact us to discuss any food allergies your child may have.

 

What if my child has special needs?

Please call us at (202) 816-1434 and we can talk about how to make sure your child has the best summer possible. We cannot provide one-on-one aides to individual campers. We are, however, able to make adaptations!

 

What is PAC Summer Session’s policy on cell phones?

Campers are not permitted to have cell phones at camp. They are a distraction and easily lost. Extenuating circumstances can be discussed. During camp hours, you can reach your child by calling the camp office.
